Not a closed loop

Cute, thin, dainty. Didn’t realize that it’s not a closed loop of a necklace. If you look at the ad picture again you might appreciate what I mean. The end with the heart simply goes through the big loop of the stethoscope but nothing to keep it in place so it doesn’t slip back out! Wish I had foreseen it from the ad pics.
